Holland Root Canal Specialists is In-Network with Delta Dental. All other insurances are considered Out-of-Network and payment is expected at time of service. We will bill both In-Network and Out-of-Network insurances. Out-of- Network patients will be reimbursed directly from your insurance company based on your coverage plan. Although we may estimate your patient responsibility, we are not responsible for accuracy once your insurance has been finalized and has processed payment. All charges not paid by your insurance are considered patient responsibility. We do not accept Medicaid insurance plans, this includes Delta Dental Medicaid.
